We are a small company, that fully appreciate what an exciting, yet daunting task it can be to make that move to Spain. We did it ourselves a few years ago and the memories are still fresh! Our aim is to make buying or selling your ideal home as pleasant and as easy a task as possible by providing a personal, friendly service that always remains professional and effective.

We live and work in Cártama Estación and concentrate on the Inland Málaga area combined with some interesting properties closer to the coast and close to Granada airport. Unlike some of the larger companies, we make sure that we know the owners of the properties that we have for sale so that we can truly represent them and answer, or find out the answer to, any questions that you, the buyer, may have. We believe in honesty and fairness for both parties and always strive to meet your needs.

Christian is fluent in Spanish, English, Danish & German so can help with any language barriers. We have a list of independent lawyers that you could choose from, can advise on money transfers and help you make contacts and gain the right advice so that you make informed decisions all along the way.
